EARLY INTERVENTION

Early Intervention provides support to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with developmental delays or disabilities.

When you meet with our team, we will create and guide you through a plan that may include essential services such as therapies, nutrition services, health checks, and resources to help your child thrive.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CHILD NEEDS EARLY INTERVENTION?

It’s not always easy to know when a child’s differences are a natural part of their development or something that requires support. Early Intervention can be a great resource if your child is experiencing delays in areas such as:

  • Physical (reaching, rolling, crawling, walking)

  • Cognitive (thinking, learning, problem solving, play skills)

  • Communication and Language (talking, listening, understanding)

  • Social and Emotional (playing, feeling secure, displays of emotions)

  • Self-Sufficient (eating, feeding, dressing)

  • Health (vision, hearing, dental)

It's important to remember that you don’t have to figure this out on your own. If you’re wondering about your child’s development, we’re here to help. The sooner your child's need(s) are identified, the bigger the impact Early Intervention can have.

FREE EVALUATIONS

Every family deserves answers, and that begins with a free evaluation. We come to you and look at your child’s development in a natural setting where they feel most comfortable. This visit helps us understand strengths and areas where extra support might be helpful. From there, we can connect you with the right services to help your child bloom.

A DEDICATED TEAM

When you work with us, you have access to a team of caring professionals who bring different expertise to the table. This can include nurses, therapists, coordinators, and specialists, all focused on your child’s needs. Just as important, parents are always

at the heart of the team, providing insight, guiding goals and celebrating progress.

PERSONALIZED IN-HOME CARE

We know every family is unique, so our services are designed to fit into your daily life. Our specialists join you in your home, supporting your child during everyday moments like playtime, meals, or daily routines. By working alongside you in familiar settings, we make learning and growth feel natural. This helps families feel supported in ways that matter most.

FAMILY SUPPORT

Early Intervention provides resources, encouragement, and a listening ear for families whose children may need extra support with their development. We help connect you with services, community programs, and other families who understand the journey. The goal is to strengthen the entire family, not just the child, so everyone can grow together.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility is based on the evaluation of the child and what developmental delay and/or disability they may have. There are no income requirements to qualify.

ENROLLMENT

Early Intervention isn't just support; it's a partnership that empowers us as parents. Our son's speech delay became an opportunity for us to learn, connect, and celebrate his unique journey with a dedicated team by our side.
