The Family Support Coordination Program, is available exclusively for those who live near the Arizona Strip with children under 5. We connect families with young children to essential services and resources.

Whether it's healthcare, childcare, housing, or other basic needs, we're here to offer guidance during critical early years​

REFERRALS TO SERVICES

Families receive short-term, personalized support from a dedicated coordinator who works one-on-one with them to identify needs, navigate systems, and connect to helpful community resources. The goal is to address family concerns, ease stress, provide clarity, and strengthen family well-being.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility is based on income and families are chosen based on seriousness of need. This program is only offered to those in the state of Arizona.
