While we encourage all to embrace the spirit of the occasion, please feel free to interpret the dress code with your own style - its all about enjoying your time together and being comfortable!

Who needs to purchase a ticket?

Accepted Answer

All guests ages 12 months and older require a ticket. Children under 12 months may attend without a ticket, but a ticket is required if they need a seat and lunch.

Can my child bring their own teddy bear?

Absolutely! We encourage all children to bring their stuffed best friends!

Will food be served?

Yes! Each ticket holder will receive a delicious kid-friendly lunch!

Is there assigned seating?

There is no assigned seating for this event. There are 8 seats per table.

Can I bring a stroller?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may bring a stroller. Please be aware that there is limited space and you may be asked to park your stroller in a designated area if needed.

Can I bring my own food/drinks?

Per the Dixie Convention Center policy, you may not bring in your own food or drink. If you have dietary or medical concerns, please contact msundberg@rootforkids.org.

Will there be anything available to purchase?

Yes! There will be a Storybook Shop on-site that will feature items such as teddy bears, costumes, accessories, activities, and more!

Can I gift a ticket?

Absolutely! Want to share the love with a child who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to attend? Purchase an additional ticket and write GIFT instead of a name, and we will ensure these tickets are gifted to a deserving child and parent/guardian.

What if I can no longer attend the event?

All tickets are non-refundable, however you may request a one time name change transfer by e-mailing msundberg@rootforkids.org. No name transfers will be accepted after May 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM MT.
